Hinz, Manfred O is currently a Professor in the Department of Public Law and Jurisprudence in the Faculty of Law at the UNAM. Prof. Hinz holds a PhD in Law from the University of Mainz and PhD in Philisophy (Habilitation) from the University of Bremen.
