The City of Cincinnati partnered with Over-the-Rhine-based SoMoLend, a crowd-sourcing web-based platform connecting entrepreneurs with investors, to boost economic development and job creation by lending up to $400,000 to qualified SoMoLend businesses. In 2012, ArtWorks’ SpringBoard program graduated its 100th creative entrepreneur.
