NATURE This session is perfect for the senior who is looking to get in touch with their rural or natural side and embrace Montana. URBAN A more contemporary and metro look using colors and textures of downtown Bozeman or the MSU campus. COUTURE This session has it all. From nature to studio to urban; whatever you want. Step one
Decide which session best suits you.
Call our studio to schedule a time for your session. ….evening sessions are a prime time and go quickly, the golden light of evenings is incredible
…. July and August are busy session times before sports and after school programs begin …..if you want autumn colors, the most likely time is the last week of September through Oct. 10th or so. Each year is unpredictable so we cannot guarantee quality fall colors will be available on your session day

Choose clothes for your session that make you comfortable and happy. Pick clothes that show off your personalities; choose a range of clothes from grungy to prom Dress….Have Fun! If you are having trouble narrowing down your choices; bring a bunch and our fashion guru Becca will help you decide. She loves doing that.
Schedule a hair appointment and makeup session to be done at least an hour before your session. A professional makeup appointment makes a tremendous difference in your images. It will be the best money you have ever spent.

Step five
Show up early for your appointment so we can talk about the session and get to know one another before beginning. Come prepared to totally have fun and be relaxed. It really is easy. The photographer and assistant do all the work, all you have to do is enjoy yourself! (session fees are due at the session)
Two weeks following your session a private on-line gallery will be released to you and your parents. Call the studio and make an ordering appointment at this time. You can order online, but we are able to offer design advice and incentives best in person.

Use your on-line gallery (available for 30 days) to choose your yearbook image. We will send your image choice to your high school. Your choice must reach us by Nov. 5th or your image will not be in the yearbook. Email your image choice along with any cropping requests to: lonemanphotography@gmail.com You may not call these requests in; we must get your request via email. It is always a good idea to call us to make sure your email made it to the studio.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER Doug has been one of Montana’s and the West’s best photographers for over twenty years. His enthusiasm for creating one-of-a-kind images, sense of humor and story-telling-talent has earned him Photographer of the Year five years in a row in the West and western Canada. He also has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for feature photography.

Stana is the first person you’ll meet when you call or email loneman photography. She and Doug are married and co-own lp. She’s our customer service queen and one of the nicest people you’ll meet in Bozeman. When you call the studio, she’s the sweet voice on the other end.
Becca Helms 2nd photographer|assistant You’ll recognize Becca by her North Carolina accent. She might be the only woman in Montana who can comfortably hunt elk in heels. All of our assistants are loved by our clients for the professionalism and help the day of. You’ll love ‘em.

graphic artist You’ll be working with Kalynne if you order announcements, coffee table books, or custom canvases. Her designs are modern, hip and put the emphasis on the images where it belongs.
Diamond studio dog Diamond isn’t always in the studio, she sheds too much. But when she is here, she is 85 lbs of love. She already loves you; you just haven’t met yet.
