What’s new at Dordt? AGRICULTURE STEWARDSHIP CENTER Dordt has a new 25,000-square foot building a few miles north of campus. With classrooms, a high bay, and a welding and manufacturing lab, the Ag Stewardship Center offers hands-on opportunities and industry-level equipment for Dordt’s ag and Pro-Tech students.
CARL AND GLORIA ZYLSTRA NURSING EDUCATION CENTER With simulation labs, state-of-the-art nursing manikins, and hightech equipment, the new nursing addition will provide Dordt’s nursing majors with excellent training opportunities as they prepare for the in-demand field of nursing.
THEATRE ARTS BUILDING Home to the Fourth Avenue Theatre, the new theatre arts building includes a scene shop, costume shop, a makeup room, and much more. We are proud of our arts-rich history, and we are committed to making theatre a priority on campus.
NEW PROGRAMS In addition to more than 40 programs, Dordt now offers an economics major, a data science major, a math-physics education major, and mathengineering education major. Dordt will also offer a master’s degree in public administration, a master’s degree in applied statistics*, and a master’s degree in social work*. *Pending HLC approval
