2014 COMMUNITY BENEFIT REPORT

The world of health care is transforming and we’re leading the way. Presence Health is altering the very way that care is delivered. We’re taking services beyond the walls of the hospitals and directly into neighborhoods. We’re breaking down barriers that prevent access to care and empowering people to take an active role in their own health. We’re deepening community connections and reaching out to the underserved. In short, we’re building a new paradigm that strengthens communities and puts us all on the path to better health. TAKE A LOOK INSIDE TO SEE THE IMPACT WE’VE HAD IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
