DY-3000 The Principle of Welding In the atmosphere of the Inert gas such as Argon gas, the arc between the Tungsten electrode and the base material (work piece) is produced and the base material (work piece) and the welding material fuse due to the heat by the arc. The base material and the welding material melt for an instant. The arc irradiation is intermittently Made and the weld bead is built up. Therefore the heat affection against the base material is reduced.
Feature * DY-3000 makes possible to make the precision padding and large size of cladding. * Aluminum Alloy can be welded by DY-3000. * Arc radiation time can set up / control every 0.01 seconds. * Arc radiation time can set up between 1 – 999 msec. * The heat affection is reduced by half in comparison with the general-purpose TIG welder. * Sink and distortion in the base material are decreased. * Reliable fusion welding. * Simple operation.
