SUV Interamericano del Año 2009 La empresa Peynado GA, realizó un cóctel para celebrar la elección del Porsche Cayenne GTS 08, como “SUV Interamericano del Año” seleccionado por La Federación Interamericana de Periodistas del Automóvil (FIPA). La actividad fue realizada en su show room, donde el presidente de la FIPA Mauricio Frigati, explicó que esta selección del “Porsche Cayenne GTS 09” como “SUV Interamericano del Año” resultó “luego de dos rondas de votaciones con la participación de más de 82 periodistas especializados de todo el continente. Los votos fueron valorados de acuerdo a los adelantos tecnológicos de cada modelo, las aportaciones en términos de cuidado al medio ambiente y tecnología aplicada para el aprovechamiento energético El Porsche Cayenne GTS, cuenta con un motor de inyección directa de gasolina (DFI) que no sólo disminuye el consumo de combustible, sino que da como resultado una potencia de 405bhp (298 kW) a 6.500 revoluciones por minuto. Este SUV, es el más deportivo de Porsche, logrando acelerar de 0 a 100km/h en solo 6,1 segundos y es el primer Cayenne con un sistema de amortiguación controlado electrónicamente. Los vehículos Porsche son de excelente reconocimiento, brindan la más alta tecnología al comprador y están siendo diseñados para que puedan mantener un desempeño amigable con el medio ambiente.
