Keep in mind that carrots don’t even come close to being in the top 50 of my favorite foods. That’s just how truly good it was. Innovative and evolved, Joule may be categorized as having Korean influences through French techniques. But there is so much more to be found as the menu is globally inspired. Joule breaks the mold with its cross-cultural dishes that are eclectic without being intimidating. “There are so many different ingredients with different flavors and texture,” Yang explained. “I love putting different ingredients together without any boundaries. We want to make sure that everyone has a “wow” moment when they are eating. We want to take them to different places and times when they are eating.”
