Fault or Reason for Return for Repair.

REPAIRS TERMS & CONDITIONS: DLC is to be contacted prior to sending in any goods for repair or return. The Request for Repair form must be filled in, IN FULL, and returned to DLC with the goods for repair. One of the check boxes on page 1 of 2 must be selected in order to receive a quote before any repairs are carried out. Failure to do so will result in immediate repair without notification of quotation. If you do not wish to proceed with a repair after notification of the quote, a ‘Quote Fee’ will be charged. The ‘Quote Fee’ is dependent on the goods and service required by DLC to provide the quote. Any repairs not requested for return by the client, will be held for one month and then disposed of, unless prior arrangement has been made with DLC. The client is responsible for ALL freight cost associated with the repair, unless the goods are under warranty and have been discussed with a team member at DLC.
