REQUEST FOR WEBONLINE ACCESS In order for you to use our WebOnline service, we need to set up your account to allow access and also to add individual user names based on the below criteria. Please fill out the below details and fax or email back to us for activation. Company Name. Approved by.

Once logged on, at the top of the screen a greeting will read something like: “Hi Person’s Name!” (What do you want to see when logged on?)

The password will be used to logon (this can and should be changed once logged on)

An Email Address for communication purposes

Administration or User (tick your choice) (refer to pages 3 and 4 for further information

Only necessary where there are multiple delivery addresses stored on file. You may only want a user to see details of a specific location instead of all of them.

At the ‘Login’ screen, simply enter your ‘User name:’ and ‘Password:’, click on the ‘Login’ button or press ‘Enter’
NOTE: If your login attempt fails 3 times it will be deactivated. You must contact us for this to be reactivated. Continuing: Once logged on, you can view our entire database including the recommended retail price and your buy price. You can enter or change quantities, add to a shopping cart and from there you can request a quote or go through to the checkout and place an order. At the checkout you can add all the normal details of any new purchase order. At that point please read all details carefully before you submit your order. Once submitted, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. Once a quote request or a new order is placed, we are also notified by email and our system is updated immediately. Everything will be handled as it normally would just like if you phoned, faxed or emailed a request for quote or placed an order.
