Mrs. Ghita Triki CharaĂŻbi, in charge of the cultural pole of Attijariwafa bank (Actua Foundation) and Mrs. Mouna Kadiri, Manager of group communication, welcome Ambassadors and present the artistic treasures of the bank: âthe bank owns about 2.000 canvas of El Glaoui, dated from 1950 up to now. Many were ordered from the artist in the early 80âs to decorate the bank head office floors. In addition to art works, Ambassadors have discovered photography, and also testimonies as well as texts about the artist. âThe exhibition invites to an immersion in the artistâs workshop, as well to the discovery of unknown themes such as circus artists portraits or youth art works of the 50âsâ, underlines Ghita Triki. In fact, the exhibition tackles seven themes: youth art works, portraits and auto-portraits, dead natures, landscapes, horses and cavalry and clowns. It also includes art works dear to the artist and promising a return to his workshop. The exhibition will be accompanied with conferences and workshops program in November and December and visits of school and high school students classes are set forth.
