Event Tickets Info & Policy In order to best seat everyone efficiently, we are adding a ticket system this year for the Cosplay Show and Masquerade Formal Dance. Tickets are FREE for anyone with a valid San Japan 8-Bit (2015) badge. Tickets will be avilable at the EVENT TICKETS booth in the Bridge Hall with Registration, located between Hall A and B. Tickets for each event will be available at 12pm during the day of the event listed in the schedule. The latest tickets will be distributed is 4pm or when all tickets have been issued, which ever comes first. There will be a maximum of 2000 tickets TOTAL will be issued for the Cosplay Show. Seats in each section will be first come, first serve. A maximum of 500 tickets TOTAL will be issued for the Masquerade Formal Dance. One ticket is issued per person per event. San Japan is not responsible for lost/misplaced tickets.

The best of the best, the winners from more than half a dozen different conventions throughout the United States. They’ve already won at their respective qualifiers, but what will happen when these videos go head to head in an all-star battle of epic editing proportions? These videos, already among the cream of the crop, will be rejudged against each other, and the video judged to be the best will earn the title of Best AMV of the Year. Join us for a live charity auction on Sunday afternoon benefiting their programs. We’ll be auctioning some exclusive autographed merchandise, special items, and a few surprises. Buy some great items and support some of Bexar county’s fuzziest citizens. The goal of San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!) is to make San Antonio a No Kill city. They build effective and innovative programs to overcome issues that lead to euthanasia at the city shelter to include adoptions, fostering, Positive Alternatives to Shelter Surrender (PASS), baby-bottle feeding, Kitten Nursery and Parvovirus Ward.
