Antenatal Classes and Complementary Therapies

Many women, especially those in their first pregnancy, attend antenatal classes. Designed to educate on all aspects of childbirth and the care of your newborn, these sessions also enable you to access support from other women that may be experiencing similar concerns. Many find antenatal classes helpful for building confidence while preparing for motherhood. Your birthing partner may also choose to attend. The London Maternity Centre is linked to some of the most highly-regarded providers of antenatal classes in London, which can help to prepare you as much as possible for your big day. Complementary Therapies can also enable you to relax as much as possible while you are expecting. The London Maternity Centre can recommend expert practitioners at The Portland Hospital for treatments like acupuncture and reflexology, that can help to provide comfort during your pregnancy.
