Think Social! A Social Thinking Curriculum for School-Age Students This core curriculum complements and builds on the lessons in Thinking About YOU Thinking About ME, providing step-by-step methods for teaching social-cognitive and communicative skills to students with deficits in those areas using the Social Thinking Model. Skillstreaming Social Thinking Skillstreaming is a social skills training program that employs a four-part approach — modeling, role-playing, performance feedback, and generalization — to teach essential prosocial skills to children and adolescents. Fitting In and Having Fun: Social Skills DVDs Video Modeling is an instructional technique in which a target skill or behavior is modeled and then the viewer imitates. This series present real life social situations that children encounter in a daily school day. The DVDs aim to stimulate a child’s perception of social situations by visually showing them how to decode and interpret information from others so that they can be more aware of their own body language and the messages they are sending.
