Diaspora Focus

FOCUS is an acronym developed in the late nineties to express the ideas of existence of an informal and independent lay movement within the Syrian Christians. Our mission is to enlighten the Diaspora communities of the Syrian Christians including Mar Thoma Church to remain faithful to the heritage, identity and mission of the church along with its traditions by establishing a strong and sustaining relationship with their respective denominations including Mother Church. Our emphasis and FOCUS will be on the following themes: FOCUS on True Biblical Teachings FOCUS on Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit FOCUS on Mission of Jesus, the Christ FOCUS on Diaspora Community and Our Generations FOCUS on Ecumenism and Pluralism.
