Creating an effective workout??

Need more kettlebells!! A kettlebell is a round iron ball with a handle like a suitcase and comes in various weights. They were used back in the 1700 in Russia as a military training tool and in recent years has been making a comeback into the local gyms, boot camps, cross fit arenas and my backyard!

FYI,

kettlebells are: • Heavy: start lighter and work up to a heavier weight

• Hard on the hands: remove all rings and bracelets/watches and use chalk or gloves, you will eventually get used to it. My hands remind me how hard I worked! • Going to make you sweat: that is why you are there. No Sweat = No Progress • Going make you feel powerful: AWESOME!

The kettlebell changed my life from the inside out! It gave me confidence, it empowered me to take charge and helped me lose more weight than I ever imagined. Kettlebell training coupled with proper nutrition transformed me from a size 18 to a size 10. Even at my ideal weight, I still include regular kettlebell training due to their effectiveness. I love the powerful workouts that are done in 20 - 25 minutes! To get started in kettlebell training, I always recommend training with a Registered Kettlebell Coach.

Kettlebell training is hard work but the results are amazing. Healthy and fit people don’t get that way by walking on a treadmill watching TV or chatting with their friends at the gym. The unique kettlebell training using ballistic movements (the basic swing, clean, snatch and other fast exercises) giving you incredible muscle endurance and will melt fat when done in fast high repetitions. These high rep-training routines also work your cardio better than a treadmill or stepper!
