President’s Note: Hi everyone: Fall is here and many of the trees have colorful leaves. I hope all of you are doing well and staying healthy. Soon the Holidays will be here.
been a great person for this position for many years. I am going to miss see him up front joking with everyone. I have a few people who are interest in becoming the next chairperson.
We will have our Thanksgiving Dingo on November 15th. DAD’s Lunch with Santa Children’s Christmas party will be on December 6. If you have grandkids, nieces and nephews please bring them. Christmas Dingo will be on December 13th. DAD will be doing a Christmas Dinner during the first break of Dingo. We will serve ham, mashed potatoes, corn/green beans casserole, salad, desserts, and one drink (coffee, pop or water). If anyone wants to donate dessert, it would be greatly appreciate. Please let Shelly Harmon or I know if you will donate dessert.
November 21 is DAD’s Regular Member meeting and our election. We will be voting for Vice-President, Treasurer, Trustee, as well as board of governors. If you would like to be any of these positions, please come to the meeting. This newsletter will be our last paper newsletter, DAD is going electronic. The cost of printing the newsletters, envelopes and postage has gone up. For those of you who do not have computers, please fill out the form in the newsletter and send it to us so we can continue to send you paper newsletters. Caroll Schlorff
HATS OFF!!! to SENATE BUSH and his committee for hosting a very successful DAD’s 1st Pig Roast. We sold 123 tickets. Everyone had a great time and wants to do this again next year. I want to THANK everyone who help out at the Pig Roast. We could not have done it without your help. After many years as the chairperson of Dingo, CHRIS SCHULTZ, is leaving. His last DINGO will be in December. Please come and wish him well or bet him to stay. I know he is done. He has
