Office Design
This space is designed to be a sophisticated accounting firm. There are two accountants working at this firm, with eight staff agents. The layout lends itself well to collaborative work amongst the accountants and assistants. The design uses wood elements to achieve a classic look while the sleek design of the furniture keeps the space looking modern and current.

•Reception and supplies closet • Coat closet • Waiting area with seating enough for 5 people • Two principal’s offices with enough space for small meetings • Two office spaces for 4 staff agents with desks, chairs, privacy dividers • Conference room for 10 people • Kitchenette with a sink, a MW oven, a refrigerator and a table for 4 people • Archive/storage room • Two bathrooms - one ADA • Mechanical closet

Café Design Our retro café takes you back to the good ol' days. Enjoy some oldies music playing from an authentic Juke Box. Evoke a sense of nostalgia as you play a game of Pinball. Take a seat in a 1950's car, and snap some photos to take home with you. Our menu features awesome classics that'll give you a taste of simpler times.

Bedroom Design
This space is designed to be a happy and cozy bedroom. The scale of the room is small, however with the use of light colors and lots of light it will have an open and airy feel. The proportion of the furniture creates balance in the room. Textured and patterned fabrics provide contrast to the smooth furniture and create a warm and cozy vibe. The round edged furniture, together with the wood accents create rhythm that's pleasing to the eye.
