Rockin’ To Oz: Production planned in Long Lake LONG LAKE — Long Lake Central School (LLCS) students and Sunmount DDSO clients will join together to perform a “rocking” rendition of the classic Wizard of Oz!, produced by the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts. The show will be performed Saturday, March 12 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 at 2 p.m. in the LLCS gymnasium. $10 general admission. Tickets and more information available at www.adirondackarts.org.
JOHNSBURG — The Town of Johnsburg Library welcomes Janice Weeks to teach a rug braiding class using old t-shirts Saturday, March 5 from 1-5 p.m. The program is free, but interested patrons must call 2514343 to register.
