FINAL PRESENTATION Ask yourselves: - What do I need to show to best convey my ideas? - What is the ideal medium to communicate my thoughts? - What type of space will I be presenting in, and how will the crits engage with the presentation? - What is on the wall, and what is left out?
PREPARATION Do's and Don'ts - DO - draw a 'cartoon set' - DO - show process work!!! - DO - present work that is imperfect - DO - practice your presentation - DON'T cram... if you run out of time, curate your presentation - DO keep a 'TO DO' list - estimate your time for production and manage yourself accordingly
PRESENATION DAY Do's and Don'ts - DO - show up in time and as rested as possible - DO - write your name on your boards and introduce yourselves - DO - Pin up your boards professionally and straight - DON'T tell your crits what you did not have a chance to complete - DON'T point out the aspects of your work you perceive as 'flawed'
