Individuals heading along a path to heightened spirituality will often include a ‘de-clutter’ session, or sessions, to help them achieve better clarity and feel more centred. In this material world, it’s easy to become obsessed with possessions but ultimately, this clogs up the mind and spirit. Earlier I mentioned organizing your day so that your home can actually be your home, rather than an extension of your office. This article is really just to remind you that little changes made together can make a big difference. Take a holistic approach to your life and look at yourself from an outside perspective every so often to see if there are any changes you need to make for optimum health and well-being.
