THE CHEF Chef Andrew Santana brings his hand crafted culinary skills to The Plaza Suites Hotel Silicon Valley with the launch of Prime Restaurant. With a thoughtfully crafted menu, Chef Santana brings daily, locally sourced farm fresh specials to Prime as well as Events planned at the Plaza Suites Hotel. Prime is our take on a classic steakhouse concept remixed with international components. Social share plates are designed with Silicon Valley top of mind.
