Cabinet Construction 1. Face Frames are made of 3/4” solid wood. Stiles and Rails are joined together with concealed screws and wood glue for strength. Frames are dadoed to receive tops, bottoms and end panels.

2. Backs are made from 1/4” finished natural birch plywood. Tops and Bottoms are 1/2” finished natural birch plywood. 3. End Panels are 1/2” finished natural birch plywood on inside. Exposed ends that are called out on order will receive sides that are stained and finished. End panels are dadoed to receive tops, bottoms and backs.

4. Shelves are made of 3/4” finished natural birch plywood. Edge banded on exposed edge.

5. Hanging Rail is 1/2” plywood secured with adhesive to the top of the cabinet.

6. Toe Board is 3/4” thick plywood, inset between the cabinet end panels.

7. Sta Beam method utilizes a 2” wide x 3/4” thick plywood strut that spans the entire depth of the cabinet. 8. Drawer Fronts are 3/4” solid wood. 9. Drawer Boxes are made of 1/2” solid wood with dovetail construction. Bottoms are 1/4” plywood. Full Extension Soft Close Slides are standard.
