Gluten Free Reuben Melt Canyon Bakehouse has a new gluten free bread called Colorado Caraway. Colorado Caraway is so close to being Rye Bread without actually having any rye in it! It's soft and tastes great. Toasts really well. What would you do with this bread? I know what I did, I made a Reuben Melt! We are not big sauerkraut fans, so instead of sauerkraut I used creamy cole slaw.

Meyer Lemon Coffee Cake ...Just before you serve the cake, stir together the confectioners’ sugar and the lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle it over the cooled coffee cake and let some drip down the side. Let it set for 5 minutes. Cut & serve.
How to make Fondant It is very basic and easy with fondant, and I put some baby toys on top. I had wanted to make cakes like on Cake Boss, which is where I learned the word “fondant.” I wanted to make pretty cakes too, so I searched the net, played with the recipe and here ya go:
