I usually shop in both Marks & Spencer and BHS. For a coffee I enjoy visiting Café Giardino and Etna’s.
We provide an individual and direct service to all of our customers. We do not pester our shoppers but are on hand to provide specialist advice and knowledge should they need it.

What additions do you think may improve your customers’ experience in Coventry? I believe our customers would benefit from some more greenery in Spon Street to highlight the beautiful surroundings we have here.

We have loyal customers who return year after year for our specialist knowledge and personal attention. We can also offer unique services such as converting VHS to DVD and passport photography.

Where do you spend your time in Coventry city centre? I try and purchase all my fresh produce from Coventry market along with the butchers and green grocers in Coventry city centre. What additions do you think may improve your customers‘ experience in Coventry? Personally, we’d love to see some big retail names in Bull Yard to encourage even more custom to the area.
