Mostofthematernalandneonataldeathsareconsideredlargelypreventable,givenadequate healthcareresources.Accessibilitytotheseresourcesisanotherimportantissue,withlessthan36 percentofpregnantwomengivingbirthinanyhealthcarefacility.
