H.264 It refers to the compression encoding of video footage. H 2.64 protocol is the most recent compression protocol and delivers high quality recorded and transmitted images.

Video Inputs Displays the maximum number of cameras that can connect to the system.

Remote Control Includes IR remote control for the standalone DVR.

Mobile View The system has the ability to transmit images to mobile (devices, smartphones, tablets).

PTZ Control of PTZ cameras can be achieved through RS-485 port.

SATA HDD Is the maximum number of HDDs that can be supported by a system.

Alarm Output The number of alarm outputs a system can support giving the ability to control devices such as lights, doors and other devices.

TV OUT Use of CCTV monitors is possible using the TV OUT port(s).

Recording Resolution Common recording resolutions are D1: 720x576pixel, 4CIF: 704x576pixel, CIF: 352x288pixel. For the SDI Megapixel cameras the resolution is refered as 720p, 1080p that correspond to 1.3Mp and 2Mp.

Image Resolution Image resolution refers to the maximum number of pixels that create an image.It consists of two numbers that correspond to the horizontal and vertical number of pixels.The most common resolution are D1: 720x576pixel, 4CIF: 704x576pixel, CIF: 352x288pixel. For the SDI Megapixel cameras the resolution is referred as 720p, 1080p that correspond to 1.3Mp and 2Mp. CubisNX Hybrid systems support all resolutions above.

SDI Cameras They combine the advantages of IP Megapixel with resolutions of 1.3 and 2.0 MP with the ease of installation and advantages of analogue cameras. New cabling is not required and transmit uncompressed video to the DVR. As a result they produce very sharp and clear images and consume less network Bandwidth. Cubis systems support the new SDI Megapixel technology offering Megapixel recorders or Hybrid systems that combine analogue and SDI Megapixel cameras.

CubisNX systems have the ability to integrate with Access Control and match Access events to Video. This way our systems provide Visual Verification of the Access Control events. Matching of a certain reader to one or more cameras is done from within the CubisNX Software. Using the built-in Alarm Response Engine that all Cubis systems provide, we can build Alarm Scenarios based on

various key factors like reader, card owner’s name, time zone and/or type of event e.g. wrong PIN. These scenarios may provide information to the owner of the system, the security officer dedicated to this kind of events either via SMS or via video events sent to a Control Room.The “communication” between the two systems is done on a database level and does not require physical connection between the two systems; only network connectivity is needed. Integration also gives the system the ability to store snapshots from the cameras to the Access Control database. P.O.S. Integration

CubisNX systems are able to receive data from a POS system and Overlay it as text on the recorded video. Not only we can have Visual Verification of any transaction made in the POS, but we can also perform a search for the wanted period, at any given time, based on a string of characters included in any of the transactions. Similarly to the way we create an Alarm Scenario for the Access Control events, we may also create Alarm Scenarios based on information provided on the transmitted data e.g. operator’s name, amount of transaction, product name etc. Integration with Video Analytics (V.A.)

IR LED A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor device that emits IR light which is not visible to human eye. It is common in CCTV since it allows to capture high quality images during night.

Product Warranty

The NVRs (Cubis) and DVRs (standalone) are checked by our technical department and remain in test mode for a reasonable time to avoid problems like DOA (dead on arrival). This process prolongs the delivery time of NVRs for one working day.

All our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase. In case of a product warranty being from more than two (2) years a special sign that indicates the years warranty. The warranty covers the repair of the product (not replacement) and repair service free of cost. If the product for any reason cannot be repaired, the company replaces it with an equal or higher specifications without extra cost. The warranty refers to the whole product and not the individual components. The replacement of any parts with ones, doesn’t postpones the product's warranty. Any repair not performed by the technical department of Cubitech or by any authorized technician, voids the warranty of the product.
