Motivation and Inspiration:
I was motivated and inspired by my own father Mr. Tek Bahadur Khadka, who was a dedicated farmer, a social worker and later on a political activist who wrote much poetry write-ups and poems which depicts the hard life of rural people and their need to be fulfilled by Democratic Governance System.
Vision: 
To create a just society increase the work efficiency and productivity and maximizing outputs or result by improving the operational efficiencies and maximum utilization for available resources, knowledge and skills for the betterment of human society.
Keys of success:  In my belief the key of success lies in Integrity & Ethics, Leadership, Teamwork, Training, Recognition, Communication, Coordination and Continuous Improvement, Positive attitude and Creative thinking.
