A Message from the Alumni Association President Dear Friends, When I was asked to serve as President of our Alumni Board, I wanted to get a glimpse of who the graduates of the Crummer School are. It was enlightening. By the numbers, there are 6,216 living Crummer alumni; 46% are in Central Florida, 60% are in the state of Florida, and 40% of us are spread over every state and in 18 countries. We embody the entrepreneurial spirit in everything we do, from heading up projects that will lead to a new theme park in Shanghai to making motion pictures in London; we are expanding businesses, building cities, discovering new ways to enhance education, helping those in need, creating new businesses and products, practicing law, dentistry, and medicine, negotiating deals, and even bringing The Very Hungry Caterpillar to children in over 50 languages. I have treasured my degree from the moment I first held it in my hands. Now, I’m honored to be associated with this remarkable group of people. This publication is about doing well and giving back. It is about the people who have generously contributed to the school, for reasons that are unique to each donor.
