BAKED EGGS INGREDIENTS 2 Organic Bronte Eggs Step 1

Preheat oven to 160C. Butter two ramekin dishes. Slide one egg into each dish, be careful not to break the yolk. Sprinkle the top with salt and pepper to taste and add a small knob of butter. Place the ramekins into a tray or dish of hot water ½ way up the side of the ramekin and bake for 8-10 minutes. Be sure to remove the eggs from the oven before they are fully cooked. They will continue cooking from the heat of the baking dish. Variation:Fill two ramekins with 2-3 Tblsp baked beans ease them up the sides creating a well effect. Break one egg in to each taking care not to break the yolk. Place the ramekins into a tray or dish of hot water ½ way up the side of the ramekin and bake for 10-12 minutes. Check that the eggs are fully cooked before removing them from the oven. Tip: If using a ceramic dish the cooking times may vary.
