TERMS & CONDITIONS This offer is open to Creed Foodservice customers aged 18 and over, with the exception of government funded bodies, group and centrally negotiated accounts who will be exempt from the offer. This offer is based on goods ordered between 30th May 2016 and 2nd September 2016. Claims must be received by 9th September 2016. After this date all points accrued will be surrendered. There are no cash alternatives. Points will be allocated on both full cases and splits where detailed in the brochure. Employees must have the full consent of their employers.
