The good Lord blessed us with a beautiful February day with temperatures in the mid sixtes! You came out in large numbers with an estimated crowd of 350-400. Thank you for your spirited bidding on the 126 acres. And the large collection of personal property. The 1971 gmc pickup truck drew a huge amount of interest and sold for $23,100. Another item of interest, a 05 club car golf cart bid off for $3,410. The 126.5 Acres and home sold to six different buyers for $1,141,800. A special thanks to Ms. Silke Hubbard, Executrix of the Frances Davis Estate and representative of the TN-KY region of Seventh-Day Adventist Church, for allowing Ken Byrd Realty & Auction, Inc. to be employed as the Auction Agents. We thank neighbors and friends for helping Ms Davis around her home and farm so she was able to stay in her home up to a few months before her passing away in Aug of 2021 at age of 103 years of age. Also we thank the profesional auctioneers and auction staff that help make this a first class auction.
