COPPELL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION The Coppell Community Development Foundation (CCDF) is the 501(c)3 partner to the Coppell Chamber of Commerce, governed by the Chamber’s Executive Committee. CCDF was established to serve and involve our community through programs that meet educational, civic and philanthropic needs. CCDF administers several programs, including the annual scholarship program, Student of the Month program, Teen Leadership Coppell (TLC) as well as activities ranging from food and toy drives to participation in the annual Lighted Holiday parade.
