Consolidated Consultants (CC) Group has been recognized, once again, by the latest Engineering News-Record (ENR) edition as one of the Top 225 International Design Firms for the year 2016. We are proud of this global recognition that comes as a reflection of the continued growth in our markets, our dedication and commitment throughout the years. About ENR Ranking ENR performs annual surveys and ranks companies engaged in general contracting, specialty contracting, engineering, architecture, planning and studies. The Top 225 International Design Firms rankings are based on design-specific export revenue generated from projects outside each firm’s respective home country. The Top 150 Global Design Firms list ranks the 150 largest world design firms, both publicly and privately held, based on total design-specific revenue regardless of where the projects were located.

CC 11th ANNUAL IFTAR Consolidated Consultants Group had its 11th annual Iftar on the 12th of June 2016 which was held in H2O hall Kempinski Hotel. This event hosted more than 500 employees of the CC Group family , it was accompanied with many entertainment activities including comedian shows, interactive games and raffles on varied gifts which have added a warm and lovely touch to the atmosphere. Engineer Said Abu Jaber have started his speech by saying “As usual every year we celebrate together the holy month of Ramadan, we gather as one family with our friends and success supporters, we are all proud of the achievements that was accomplished by you my dears year after year”. He continued “we are meeting today and we are all hoping to be able to pass together difficulties of the economic situation and call for settling the Arab world to grow our business and prosper, this success becomes more valuable when the challenges increase and the circumstances surrounding gets more tough. Consolidated Consultants, the Jordanian ancient Group comprising distinguished engineers and experts who have painted the future of the company, their expertise and competencies projects passed the Arab world, carrying a

message of high-end profession and the most beautiful designs to witness the creativity of Jordanian engineer. We CC have participated in this long march of the engineering work with our colleagues in the profession and partners from government and private sectors as well as staff offices and business forum, who have contributed to ascend this profession and raised the efficiency and built an engineering edifices proud work teams that consist of the elite of engineering and managerial talent in the region even in the world who have made efforts to find suitable investment opportunities for this important sector and have a role to an effective contribution to improving the economy and raise the profile of this country and preserving its gains.”

CC GROUP LATEST CC GROUP PARTICIPATES IN THE 41TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK GROUP

Under the patronage of Indonesian Vice President, His Excellency Jusuf Kalla, and attended by ministers and top officials of the Government of Indonesia; Consolidated Consultants (CC) Group participated in the 41th Annual Meeting of the Islamic Development Bank Group in Jakarta from 15-19 May 2016. The meeting and its side events were attended by a large number of representatives of the public and private sectors in member countries, international and regional financing institutions, Islamic banks, the Federations of Contractors and Consultants from Islamic Countries, national development banks and funds in Muslim countries, as well as the Ministers of Finance and Economic 03 BLUE dimensions

Affairs of the 57 IDB member countries. During the annual meeting, the Federation of Consultants from Islamic Countries (FCIC) held its 32th General Assembly Meeting and members elected the Executive Committee of the Federation for the term

2016/2018. Engineer Ahmed Al-Khatib, Director of Business Development at CC Group, was re-elected as Vice President of FCIC for the Region 9 (Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq and Syria).


CC GROUP LATEST CC TOASTMASTER Consolidated Consultants Group has been awarded and recognized by the Toastmasters International Organization for enhancing the personal and professional development of corporate employees through providing a supportive and positive learning experience, the award was presented by Toastmasters International CEO Mr. Daneil Rex and was received by Consolidated Consulates Group CEO Eng. Said Abu Jaber. “it’s with great honor and respect we receive this award”, Eng. Said Abu Jaber Said upon receiving the award, “In CC our focus is always on the employees and their personal and professional development since it’s the pillar for corporate success, and as both Toastmasters International Organization and Consolidated Consultants Group thrive towards Excellence we remain in full support to our Corporate Toastmasters Club, it’s members and to the Toastmasters Organization as a whole”. Consolidated Consultants Group has established the first Toastmasters Corporate Club in Jordan in 2011; the Consolidated Consultants Toastmasters Club (CCTM), the club currently has more than 30 members and is continuously expanding with new creative and energetic members and is always on the forefront of all

activities, events and contests held by the Toastmasters Organization. 5 YEARS IN KSA For the past 15 years Consolidated Consultants Group have been operating in KSA market, knowing the importance and the dynamic role this market plays in the engineering sector, CC Group have decided to enhance its presence there, for this reason, it has established its first branch in KSA in August 2011 which was located in Riyadh. CC group have set plans and strategies to meet the forecasted expectations

for KSA market, indeed, the company achieved great success and have managed to be one of the most leading companies in KSA and have become the most favourable partner for the governmental, semi-governmental and private entities such as Aramco, Maaden, CAYAN, Jeddah Municipality & NWC. This success was achieved by the help of Engineer Rami Al khatib our KSA area manager hand by hand with our head office in Amman. Furthermore, in order to meet the increasing demand in KSA market and to be able to cover wider area as well as serving clients efficiently, CC have established its second branch last September which is located in Jaddeh. KSA braches are considered fulcrum for the company as it generates excellent revenues, the company’s revenue of KSA branches is estimated to be 45%. It’s also good to mention that KSA braches are currently operating with more than 150 employees and have signed 90 projects so far, hopefully, CC group will establish more branches and get more awarded projects in the next few years in KSA.

An Iconic Hotel in an Iconic Context; The project is a 5-star grand hotel in the Central District of Madinah City, south of Al Haram area of Al Masjid Al Nabawi. The Hotel occupies a plot area of about 2,450m2 to be developed into a 475-key Hotel of approx. 40,000m2; in 05 BLUE dimensions

addition to the 475 rooms, the Hotel is host to state-of-the-art Meeting and Events facilities, animated All-Day Restaurant and Chic Lounges. Located in the southern central district of AL Madinah Al Munawarah, the Plot is alongside the main street of Al Hussein Bin Ali (32m wide), to its north is Sa’ad Bin Obadah Street (20m) and to its west Abdallah Bin Salam Street (24.6m). South of the plot is the pedestrian passage of 8m that separates it from the neighboring plot. The Planning and Massing of the Hotel are both highly responsive to the development regulations and organizational subdivisions of Building Regulations of Central District of Madinah. Architectural character is proposed as a bold composition

that is visually and physically enhancing; combining and modernizing traditional elements variously used in Historic Islamic Architecture; protruded masses of wind catchers, vertical wooden mashrabiyas or emphasized masses along a monotonous facade. Interpretation of those traditional elements results in the definition of a dramatic vertical unit; interplayed along the facade to accommodate selected bays of hotel rooms; creating a vertical rhythm on the facade emphasized by the shadows.

Cayan International Company Headquarter

CAYAN GROUP received a HIGHLY COMMENDED AWARD by the Arabian Property Awards for their CMC project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The CMC project, designed by CC Group, forms a perfect model of a distinct, multiuse integrated commercial complex with supporting modern and high-end facilities. Services include luxury offices, a swimming pool, high tech fitness center, multipurpose hall and restaurant. Located near the center of Riyadh, the project is well connect to main roads. In addition to well-developed infrastructure and retail shops, CMC will provide 10 floors for rental and ownership of corporate administrative upscale offices equipped with the latest technologies. Al Majdoul the First Twisted Tower in the Region

The tower consists of 3 Basements, Ground Floor, Mezzanine & 53 Floors, with a total built up area of 119,000 m2. This is in addition to an extension building which includes a ballroom and a roof pool, some of the old designed facilities will be changed in size and location to serve the new extension like the toilets and the kitchen area. Nestle Waters RIYADH | KSA

The bigest Factory in the Middel East

The new Nestle Waters Factory is considered the largest industrial faciility in the Middle East located in Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On a land area of 132,000, the project will accommodate Nestlé’s Waters headquarters, raw water underground tank, water bottling factory, distribution, technical, workshop and laboratory buildings. Total construction cost is 140 Million SAR; approximately 37.5 million US dollars. CC Group is conducting the architectural, building design, environmental impact assessment (EIA), soft and hard landscape and construction supervision services. Cayan International is planning to embark on an ambitious project to build a new modern Cayan International Company is planning to embark on an ambitious project to build a new modern residential development in Al Mahdiyah area in Riyadh served with full infrastructure and amenities. This development is envisioned to be an unmatched living and recreational experience for its residents, who will be mainly of Saudi majority. The site area is approximately of 1,200,000 sq.m. The objective of the project is to develop a residential Master Plan that is envisaged to form a district land use that 09 BLUE dimensions


will include a range of residential plots vary from the most prime large villas, through the high end single villas, and semidetached luxury villas, which will all include top quality infrastructure and amenities, private swimming pools, mosques, parks, and all other pertinent facilities required for the development. The consultant shall follow the natural terrain of the site with minimum disturbance to ascertain as much as possible of the land. The consultant will be responsible during this scope of services to coordinate its outputs with all municipalities and local authorities in Saudi Arabia and shall secure the required permits that will enable the owner to start construction. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with the required authorities to secure preliminary permits in case the owner decided to start work on site prior the end of the design phase. As ambitious as its Profile, Abdel Latif Al Issia Group (ALIG) Headquarters is located iconically within the city of Riyadh, KSA. The site is situated on two plots with a combined area of 3,300 sqm on the edge of a main highway. The main design objective was to create a branded icon, one that reflects the contemporary identity of the corporation it harbors. Externally the headquarters evolves as a landmark among the prevailing mediumrise context. Internally, a contemporary and interactive work environment is created; enhancing quality of space and encouraging high performance. The distribution of program components followed the organizational structure of ALIG and responded to the different natures and levels of interaction required for each department. A bold facade composition that is visually and physically enhancing was articulated. Formal openings that respond to the functional components are animated by modernized traditional patterns and variously-scaled voids that interplay shade and light, solidity and transparency. To complement the exterior facade is an extended entry plaza of 20m, leading towards the main entry gate of the Headquarters. The landscape further extends to within the Headquarters through two double-volume internal gardens which augment each of the office floors and creates a pleasing and contemporary introverted working environment. The Service Roads of Al Haramain Road JEDDAH | KSA

Jeddah Municipality seeks to appoint a qualified Consulting Engineer to provide the required consultancy services (Design and tender documents and specifications) for the service roads along Al Haramain Road from Rahaili Petrol Station to An Nuzhah in each direction. Al Haramian Road is a very busy industrial route and it carries significant heavy traffic in both north and south directions. The length of Al Haramian Road is approximately 26 km comprises of a standard 4-lane dual carriageway, Our scope of work is to prepare a study and design for the service roads along Al Haramain Road on both sides. The frontage roads parallel to Al Haramian Road are present for most of the scheme length. The objective of this project

is to provide a continuous one way service road throughout the length of Al Haramain Road between Rahaili Petrol Station and Al Nuzhah Intersection in each direction. A Strategic Study for Truck Movements in the Road network for the Eastern Province EASTERN PROVINCE | KSA Consolidated Consultants Group, WSP and the UK’s Freight Transport Association have been commissioned by the Eastern Province Traffic Safety Council to undertake a Strategic Study for Truck Movements in the Road Network for the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of the study is to assess and identify issues and problems with regards to truck traffic in the Eastern Province and to subsequently develop a comprehensive strategic plan with time scales and estimated costs for the short, medium and long term actions. Specific objectives include: 1. Review current trucks movement in the Eastern Province.

2. Identify all routes, links and interchanges where there are congestion. 3. Develop a method that identify major origindestinations for the goods movements in the Province 4. Develop 10-20 year action plan with thirty years’ time horizon to address issues that helps and regulate the movements of trucks in the area. The main reasons for conducting the study of truck movements in the Eastern Province are: 1. Congestion along links and junctions 2. Continued growth of truck traffic in the province 3. Increasing number of accidents involving trucks

4. Truck violations with regards to overloading and over-heights 5. Excessive speed on interurban highways 6. Damage to the road pavement due to axle overloading 7. Lack of regular use of the existing axle load stations 8. The need for additional axle load stations 9. Review of regulations related to the transport of hazardous material 10. The need for regulation of truck movements within the urban areas 11. The lack of and use of truck parking facilities 12. The lack of a coherent and effective plans for the control of trucks entering the urban areas 13. The need to improve road signing related to the control of trucks on intern urban and urban highways 14. The need to review the level is skills of existing truck drivers and the need for additional training. 15. The need to control the numbers of working hours of truck drivers and their assistants (if any)

The Jabal Omar Development Project is a unique urban regeneration scheme aimed at providing hotel accommodation, commercial/ retail spaces, car parking, public spaces, and public amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The project is located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah west of the Grand Mosque. S1 ZONE with land area of 11,037 m2 comprised four towers (H6 & H7 “Hilton” and H8 & H9 “Hyatt”) and a podium, with total built up area of 211,739 m2. The podium is 12 stories with total built- up area of 111,918 m2. H6 tower is 20 stories with total built- up area of 24,468 m2, consists of: 266 guestrooms, 304 junior suite 0 executive suites and 0 presidential suites. H7 tower is 20 stories with total built- up area of 24,505 m2, consists of: 266 guestrooms, 304 junior suite 0 executive suites and 0 presidential suites. H8 tower is 20 stories with total built- up area of 24,592 m2, consists of: 639 guestrooms, 20 junior suite 5 executive suites and 1presidential suites. S2 ZONE with land area of 4,923 m2 comprised two towers (H10 & H11 “Conrad”) and a podium, with total built up area of 96,547 m2. The podium is 12 stories with total built- up area of 51,294 m2. H10 tower is 20 stories with total built- up area of 22,626 m2, consists of: 428 guestrooms, 10 executive suites and 2 presidential suites.
