Cattle sell under the standard Terms & Conditions of the Canadian Limousin Association.

SALE DAY PICK-UP CREDIT

If you bring your trailer and take your bull with you on sale day, we will give you a $50 discount off the purchase price of the bull.

If you are unable to take your bull home, talk to the consignor to make delivery arrangements.

BOARDING

The consignor will board any bulls returning to the farm free of charge for 30 days. A boarding fee of $3.00 per bull per day will apply after April 19th.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be arranged at the seller’s convenience.

INSURANCE

Liability for bulls passes to the buyer as soon as purchase is made, we reccomend insuring your purchase. All bulls returning to the consigner’s farms must be insured.

Cadillac’s actual spread and EPD’s are as good as they come as his EPD’s rank in the top 30 percent for gestation, calving ease, and birth weight. His growth EPD’s are in the top 10 percent and docility in the top 5 percent. Cadillac himself is about as good as they come for growth and he is very quiet. He is a maternal brother to Excels Eight Ball, our main black AI sire, who is working at Jay Booth’s. His sire, Excel Polled All North, is the most consistent and best heifer bull we have ever used. This bull is a definite must see on sale day and he is the heaviest and big scrotal bull we have.
