Offered at The Virginia The Learning to Look Workshop held at The Virginia is a twonight/three-day experience in an intimate group of up to 14 participants. Spending quality time with world-renowned birder Richard Crossley, you will experience the special world of Cape May birding and perfect your birding skills. One of the most special elements of this workshop is that you will experience the migration of Red Knots as they stop to feast on local horseshoe crabs. This once a year migration is one of the most magical and can only be experienced on this side of the Delaware Bay. The workshop includes hotel accommodations, afternoon reception with Richard, breakfast each morning, picnic lunch delivered on site, a signed copy of The Crossley ID Guide, binocular use and a late check-out.
