The flexible curriculum features in-class and online coursework. Each term is eight weeks long with on-campus classes on Friday evenings and/or Saturdays. Hybrid courses include five sessions in class and three sessions online.

ENGAGING CURRICULUM
You’ll work on challenging projects, applying traditional and emerging business leadership concepts. Business executives, seasoned instructors and mentors provide insight and share experiences. In a culminating capstone course, you’ll synthesize and apply key concepts of business leadership.
• Leadership of Entrepreneurial/Innovative Business Organizations • Non-Profit and Public Leadership and Management • International Leadership • Effective Decision Making and Communication • Risk Management Dimensions of Leadership • Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility • Executive Leadership and Strategic Management • Managerial Finance • Global Cultures and Business Practices • Research Seminars I, II & III (1 credit each) • Capstone Seminar
REQUIREMENTS • Official college transcripts indicating 3.0 or higher GPA and completion of bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. • Current academic or professional letter of recommendation. • 300 to 500-word essay describing your professional goals and why you chose Concordia’s program. • Current resume. • GRE/GMAT/MAT scores required for GPA under 3.0. • TOEFL or IELTS scores for applicants with degrees from institutions where English is not the native or instructional language.
