Tradition reigns here, where gentlemen don coats and ties for dinner, high tea is served everyday at 4 p.m., and Southern favorites like High Hampton Fried Chicken make an appearance on the menu each week. Meals are served family-style three times a day in the spacious dining room and include local produce and High Country favorites like North Carolina Mountain Trout and Sunny Silver Pie. High Hampton’s 1,400 acres offer endless options for activities, including mountain golf, tennis, boating, swimming or fishing on Hampton Lake.
After a day of outdoor adventure, guests can stop by the Hampton Market to grab a quick bite. Options include prepared gourmet salads, party platters, wine, beer, rustic breads, desserts and a selection of gourmet deli sandwiches. In the evening, Rock Mountain Tavern is great for gathering with friends. Every day from 5:30-8:30 p.m., diners can enjoy
a selection of small plates in the Tavern or on the patio. Throughout the season, holiday House Parties and special events like Dinners in the Dahlias allow Cashiers residents to experience High Hampton Inn’s culinary creations in a different setting.
