akeside Restaurant features unique seafood specialties such as Whole Tempura Black Bass, Mussels Sofrito, Cioppino and Carmen del Playa style fish inspired by Chef Marty’s travels in Mexico. The staff at Lakeside Restaurant cares about your entire dining experience — from fresh flowers and great ambiance to an award-winning, reasonably priced wine list, great food and a well-trained staff. A Lakeside favorite is the Triggerfish Maison and the grassfed Colorado Lamb Chops served with a homemade mint sauce. Chef and owner Marty Rosenfield has worked in restaurants since 1978, working in all aspects of the business and learning as he grew.
