The staff at Lakeside Restaurant cares about your entire dining experience — from fresh flowers and great ambiance to an award-winning, reasonably priced wine list, great food and a well-trained staff. A Lakeside favorite is the Triggerfish Maison and the grassfed Colorado Lamb Chops served with a homemade mint sauce. Chef and owner Marty Rosenfield has worked in restaurants since 1978, working in all aspects of the business and learning as he grew.
