Visitors’ guide The Highlands Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is your first stop in town for information about events, local attractions, lodging and dining. In its second year at the intersection of Main Street and the Dillard and Franklin roads, it is in a central location for visitors coming from any direction. The Visitor Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays year-round. It is also open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays from May through November.
