Preface When starting an intercultural partnership, teachers need to be up to challenges raised by the ever-changing educational trends. The most important keywords are sharing, exchanging, learning, creativity and innovativeness. The different areas of intercultural project work (e.g. documentation, dissemination, collaboration, communication, evaluation etc.) require special skills and are mostly based on the use of ICT. Our Comenius-eTwinning multilateral project (Roots in Music, Growth for a Future Together) started in 2010 with the involvement of 6 schools from 5 countries. During the two years of the project, we put a high emphasis on improving not only the students’ skills and knowledge, but also our own ones. Due to the various activities, we were highly motivated to choose tools and services which best suited for the activity itself, engaged students, facilitated learning and were easy-to-use enough for teachers, too. Therefore, the aim of this collection is to provide other teachers with a handy guide to tools we have already tried and one might need when doing such projects. We used the free version of these applications, though most of them have a paid upgrade available, while quite many offer free education upgrades as well. We hope you will find this guide useful.
