2014 IMPERIAL CUP The Colorado Section PGA and Imperial Headwear are excited to continue the IMPERIAL CUP in 2014. The IMPERIAL CUP season begins March 1, 2014 and ends on March 1, 2015. The IMPERIAL CUP will award points to Section professionals who participate in approved IMPERIAL CUP activities. In addition, bonus points will be awarded to individuals based on performance in the selected Colorado PGA activities. Finally, special Imperial Points will be distributed to all Section members at facilities that purchase selected Imperial Headwear products. NOTE: All Colorado PGA members employed at a facility that qualifies for Imperial Points shall earn the allotted Imperial Points. The Prize Fund Imperial Headwear will distribute a prize fund of $4,500.00 to the top five (5) IMPERIAL CUP point earners as follows: 1st Place - $2,000 2nd Place - $1,000 3rd Place - $750 4th Place – $500 5th Place - $250 TIES: The total volume ordered, purchased and accepted by a facility in a 12-month period through Imperial Headwear beginning March 1, 2014 and ending March 1, 2015 shall decide and break all ties for prize fund distribution. All Colorado PGA professionals (members and apprentices) in good standing are eligible to earn points in the 2014 IMPERIAL CUP. Individual point tracking will begin as soon as an individual participates in an approved IMPERIAL CUP event. Point standings will be updated on a monthly based and be available in the Colorado Section PGA newsletter and website. The top three point earners will be presented with a portion of the 2013 IMPERIAL CUP prize fund, with the top point earner being recognized at the 2014 Colorado Section Spring Membership Meeting.
