HAMBURGER JOINT u There aren’t many things better than a good ole` hamburger. Griff’s in Arvada has been serving them up so long they have it down to a science; grill toasted buns, seared and properly seasoned meat and fresh produce. Sounds simple and it is. Simple perfection.
HAPPY HOUR - Our friends at the Arvada Beer Company sure are popular. Not only does Jeffco go there to meet people dand surf the web using their free WiFi, they also love to go for Happy Hour and think Arvada Brew Company is 7 the best Sports Bar in town. This is the place to be! The good folks there are always trying new things and releasing new beers to try. Congratulations Arvada Beer Company! HOT WING PLACE There is one place in town that comes to mind when hot wings are mentioned. Buffalo Wild Wings. Their wings are a culinary experience. There are so many sauces and rubs to choose from, it is hard to pick just one or two. Buffalo Wild Wings is a natural gathering spot whether you are going for the game or the trivia or just because it’s Tuesday. ICE CREAM/YOGURT We all love ice cream and chocolate and all the good things that can be made when you combine the two. Golden Sweets is all about making homemade malts, shakes, ice cream, pies, chocolates, fudge and it goes on and on. This is an old fashioned soda fountain where you can lean on the counter and stare at all the good things until you decide which to enjoy. LUNCH SPOT Udi’s cafe in Olde Town Arvada tied with the Golden Diner as the best lunch spot. Udi’s is a cafe and pizza bar known for their unique menu items and their fresh baked goods. They have a great location in the heart of Olde Town Arvada where all the action is. Sit inside surrounded by the ambiance of rustic wood and great art or enjoy their lovely patio.
