The University Reservations Office is the place to go to fill most of your Reservation needs!
WHO CAN RESERVE?:
WSU recognized Student groups may reserve space free of charge as well as WSU Departments. Non-recognized student groups may reserve space, however; a fee will be assessed. Off Campus groups as well as individuals may reserve space; however a fee will be assessed.
WHAT SPACES CAN BE RESERVED?:
The University Reservations Offices reserves space in the Rhatigan Student Center, the CAC Theater, the Marcus Welcome Center ,the Grace Memorial Chapel and classrooms in at least 14 other Buildings on Campus as well as some outside locations. Whether you’re looking for a place to have your weekly Student Organizational meetings or planning an event on a larger scale, the Wichita State University Facilities is the way to go!
WHERE TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE:
Our Office is located on the 1st floor of the Rhatigan Student Center, room 101 or you may call us at 978-3475 or email us at letsmeet@wichita.edu.
WE’RE ONLINE!:
We also are online! You can browse the facilities on our website. Go to www.wichita.edu/reservations and click on the Online Event Scheduling. Once you are on that site you can filter the information and browse for space. Once you have found a location that you would like to reserve, you can call or email us with that request.
