Damaged Merchandise If shipments are damaged, forward this information to the Cokesbury location where your package originated. If your shipment is received via truck line, inspect it for damage. Note any damage on the driver’s copy of the freight bill. File your claim with the truck line, and notify Cokesbury. Returning Merchandise If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, please check the details of the Return Policy, which can be found on Cokesbury. com at the bottom of the home page, or on the reverse side of the packing slip or invoice.
