Cape Vincent. 45th Annual French Festival. Over 200 Artists and Crafters will line the streets of the village and will be selling their wares. They will be open through the day and again on Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. All crafts and exhibits open for the day at 10 am on Saturday. Some of the streets are closed off and the crafters are set up selling handmade and handcrafted items. Everything from handcrafted wood items to homemade fudge will be available for purchase. A few of the carts will be selling French Festival T-shirts, berets and buttons. 315-654-2481
