New Listings were down 4.7 percent for single family homes and 38.5 percent
for townhouse-condo properties. Pending sales clocked in at 128 for single
family homes and 46 for townhouse-condo properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 8.4 percent to $340,900 for single family homes
but decreased 5.6 percent to $207,750 for townhouse-condo properties. Days
on Market increased 6.9 percent for single family homes but decreased 47.6
percent for condo properties.
