RealtySouth’s Big Year The last six months of 2012 were busy and extremely rewarding for RealtySouth in a number of ways. In July, RealtySouth was voted Birmingham’s Most Admired Company in the Birmingham Business Journal’s Real Estate and Development category. This is a huge honor as it speaks to RealtySouth’s commitment to providing an extraordinary real estate experience – a commitment achieved by providing home buying and selling, brokerage, mortgage, title, insurance and closing operations. The company prides itself on being a one-stop shop for real estate. “I am proud to be associated with RealtySouth as the Broker/Manager for the Chilton Office. I have wonderful agents that work very hard to do the very best job they can to service their clients and keep updated with education to make sure we are doing everything as it should be done. Within the Chilton Office, we had three agents that were very high on RealtySouth’s Gold Club and Millenium Club, recognizing the top 20% of RealtySouth’s Top Producers.” Patty Bingham The RealtySouth team isn’t all about real estate. They find ways to give back to the communities they serve, especially when it comes to children. In November, RealtySouth sponsored a Cheeriodicals Day at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham. The team assembled 100 Cheeriodicals gift boxes and then distributed them to everyone staying at the Ronald McDonald House and child undergoing treatment. The gift boxes are designed to bring a little joy into the lives of children undergoing treatment and their families.

Additionally, RealtySouth participates in an annual Toys for Tots drive. Every year the 21 agents in the Clanton office collect toys and provide them to the local Police Department as part of Toys for Tots. In addition, RealtySouth agents give back to the community regularly as members of the Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, and Lions Club. All agents are members of the National, Alabama and Birmingham Associations of Realtors. Many are also members of the Montgomery Association of Realtors. “RealtySouth is a great company to work with. They are committed to customer service and integrity. We are like one big family and do a lot of things to give back to the community. RealtySouth is very good about giving agents and employees recognition and awards, especially for top producers.” Patty Bingham RealtySouth is located at 1500 7th St. North in Clanton. Attended office hours are 8am – 5pm M-F and 9am – 1pm Saturday.
