EVALUATION OF THE STORMWATER PROGRAM
The 2010 MS4 Permit requires the City to provide an evaluation of the progress and success of the City’s stormwater management program, including an assessment of the effectiveness of stormwater management practices in reducing the discharge of pollutants to and from the City’s MS4 in the Annual Report. 5.1 PROGRAM PROGRESS The City has drafted the following standard operating procedures addressing the requirements provided in the 2010 MS4 Permit.
