Yogalates Yoga balances, harmonizes, purifies, and strengthens the body, mind, and soul. This Pilates style builds strength, increases flexibility and promotes inner peace. Designed for beginner to advanced to move at their own pace. Have fun while moving to music. You do not have to know how to dance to join into the magic rhythms of the Zumba® music, the beat of the African drums, the Latin sounds of Samba, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha and more. The Zumba® music and choreography incorporates all genres including belly dance, latin and now your favorite top '40s. This season, we will take on Zumba®'s new ABS and GLUTES program as well as TONING. PT/Certified Dance/Zumba® Instructor with 20 years of experience. Pickleball A fun game that’s played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34” at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic ball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fastpaced, competitive game for experienced players. New players are always welcome. Indoor and outdoor courts available.
